This is a 34’ x 24’ with 8’ ceiling in the garage and a 10’ ceiling in the main floor above. There is a Dormer on the front side for a bedroom and a 6’ wide x 24’ long balcony on the inside which is entered by a ladder. A 10’ x 14’ wood deck out the rear, which faces the water, is covered by 8’ cantilevered roof framing and a wood entry staircase. We use a 6” concrete foundation wall and poured new concrete steps and sidewalk between the existing home and the new garage. It has primed Cedar Shingles on the front and rear with 10” reveal Hardiplank on both sides along with a 25 year Three Tab roof.

This was designed with a lot of input from the owners. They had some specific needs and desires and this style fit them better than any others. We tried to blend the new structure into the existing older beach house
